We recommend booking in advance to secure your desired transfer date and time. Bookings can be made through the Website or by contacting our customer support.
2.2 Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your transfer booking, you may do so according to the following cancellation policy:
– Cancellation made at least 48 hours before the scheduled transfer: You will be eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.
– Cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled transfer: No refund will be provided.
Please note that the cancellation policy applies to individual transfer bookings. Group or customized transfer bookings may have separate cancellation terms, which will be communicated to you during the booking process.
2.3 Cancellation Process:
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. Provide your booking details, including the transfer date, reference number, and your contact information. Our customer support team will guide you through the cancellation process and inform you of any applicable refund amount or charges.
2.4 Refunds:
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method used for the booking. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
